Rib Eye Milanesa

MILANESE ON THE BONE
INGREDIENTS:
 
1 rib eye on the bone 
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 sprig of Italian parsley
2 cloves of garlic
2 medium eggs beaten with a fork
2 tablespoon Laur Gran Mendoza extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of Millan Aged balsamic vinegar
pinch of fine salt
pinch of ground black pepper
1 medium avocado
1 heirloom seasonal tomato
1 lemon
 
 PREPARATION:
 
For the Milanese, beat two eggs with salt
,black pepper, finely chopped parsley, garlic and marinate the meat for two hours in the bowl.
Bread the Milanese twice with breadcrumbs.
Add olive oil at medium heat and place the milanesa to brown for 8 minutes per side for medium cook in the center.
 
For the salad, cut an avocado, tomato, lemon, olive oil, salt, black pepper and balsamic vinegar goes great with the Milanesa!
