Smoked eggplants, sunflower oil, alcohol vinegar, garlic, chili pepper, parsley, cayenne pepper and salt.  May contain: almonds and wheat.

This pickled eggplant goes great on crackers or toasted bread.  A must try for any eggplant fans or artichoke heart lovers!
