This seasoning is unique to the Chile region and is commonly used as a dry rub for steak, pork and chicken adding a wonderful rich smokey flavor for BBQ.
Also goes great as a seasoning on vegetables, potatoes, seafood (including crab) and even over some of our Arauco Olives!
