Shipping and Return Policy
All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. Holidays and weekends are not business days. If your order is placed after 12:00pm PST on Friday it will be processed the following Monday.
We offer free shipping for any order over $99 in the continental states.
*Orders over $99 we have a flat $25 rate for Hawaii and Alaska.
Any order under $99 will be shipped with either USPS or UPS Ground. The amount will be applied at checkout and will depend on your shipping address.
If you would like expedited or special shipping absolutely no problem. Please email us at Adam@fullolive.com and we can send you other shipping options and rates.
If you would like to cancel your order before it hasn't been processed and shipped. If it has been sent you will need to return the products in order to receive a refund. We do not offer return shipping for canceled orders after they have been sent.
For any of our food products unfortunately we can't accept any returns for health and safety reasons.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
